Our platform is crafted from durable aluminum with a sturdy plywood deck that is made with premium materials. The aluminum platform comes with side rails and cross bracing that are also made of high-quality aluminum alloy. Moreover, our plywood decks are built to cover the openings of scaffolds that are constructed using frame, bracing, or ringlock systems.
The platform's stability is maintained through the use of an aluminum wind clasp, even during the most severe weather conditions.
The boards are designed to be fully modular, making it easy to replace any piece using basic tools. One of the reasons why the boards are so durable is thanks to the extruded aluminum ribs and hooks that are overbuilt for maximum strength. Each hook is secured with four large bolts, ensuring that everything stays firmly in place. Overall, these boards are built to last and can withstand heavy use.
To minimize the risks of warping and tripping hazards, the work surface of all sizes is constructed using a single piece of plywood. Additionally, the side rails and rungs are manufactured from 6061 high-tensile aluminum.
Our scaffolding structures offer a stable work platform, tested at load capacities of 7-foot decks with 75 pounds per square foot and 10-foot decks with 50 pounds per square foot. This ensures a safe and secure environment for all construction activities.
